CUSTOMER CARE

Your satisfaction is our highest priority. If you are not completely content, please let us know during your treatment or within 72 hours after your service has been performed. We are committed to making any needed corrections and adjustments to make sure you are completely satisfied. We do not offer refunds on any completed services.

LATE ARRIVAL: In order to respect the time of both our clients and our staff, we ask you to arrive on time for your appointment. We have a 15 minute grace period. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late with no communication will forfeit the original appointment and be considered a no show. You will be required to pay 50% of your service price.

LATE CANCELLATION: We understand that emergencies happen. If you need to cancel your appointment, we simply ask that you notify us of any cancellations or rescheduling at least 24 hours prior to the appointment. If you cancel or reschedule less than 24 hours before your appointment you will be required to pay 10% of the service price.


NO SHOW/NO CALL: You will be required to pay 50% of the service price. This may result in having to pre-pay for your service when you re-book at the discretion of your Lash Artist. Repeat no shows will be banned from our booking site and will not be allowed to book any further appointments.

RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE: Our salon staff has the right to refuse service to anyone behaving improperly, intoxicated or if their state of health may influence the effects of the service or for any other reason they see fit.

PRIVACY: Client information saved in our files is used to improve your service and send important messages as well as marketing communications. We do not, under any circumstances, share this information with third-parties.

Professional Product policy

EXCHANGES: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. See DAMAGED/DEFECTIVE OR MISSING ITEMS for details.

REFUNDS: Due to the nature of our products we do not offer refunds. All sales are FINAL.

DAMAGED/DEFECTIVE OR MISSING ITEMS: Damaged, defective or missing items must be reported within 7 days of receiving your order. Replacements or compensation will not be provided after 7 days. Please contact us at thelashco@outlook.com.

LOCAL PICKUP: Our pickup location is at 7610 Tecumseh Rd. E. Unit 103 Windsor, ON. (By Appointment Only) Once you choose Local Pick Up at checkout you will be given instructions via email.

LOCAL DELIVERY: We offer FREE local delivery in Windsor-Essex County. Same day delivery available if order is placed by 12PM.
